MATpad approached Pixel Fusion to build a scalable web platform capable of delivering real-time, interactive dashboards while seamlessly integrating data from multiple APIs. Security and ease of access were top priorities, as the platform needed to offer streamlined authentication through Microsoft and Google accounts. MATpad required the system to be flexible enough to adapt to future growth while maintaining a secure infrastructure. Additionally, they sought advanced data visualisation tools to help users interpret complex data and make informed business decisions.
The platform also had to handle critical data from national databases and external APIs like the Wonde API while ensuring high levels of security. Another requirement was remote access for API integration and database management, alongside an intuitive, secure single sign-on (SSO) process to improve user experience and efficiency.
Pixel Fusion developed a high-performance, custom platform that addressed MATpad’s needs. Using React for the interface, the platform was deployed on an Azure Virtual Machine, ensuring smooth scalability. Full-stack deployment included IIS and SQL Server to efficiently manage data processing and storage, delivering the real-time performance needed to stay competitive.
To ensure the platform’s security, we integrated SSL certificate management through Certify The Web, maintaining continuous compliance and protecting users and data. With these safeguards, MATpad’s platform was built on a foundation of trust and data security that would evolve as the system scaled.
For advanced data visualisation, we integrated BI Reporting, enabling users to generate dynamic, exportable insights directly within the platform. This allowed MATpad to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence, empowering users to delve deeper into their data and make informed, impactful decisions.
SoftEther VPN was implemented to provide secure remote access for API integration and database management. This allowed MATpad to securely access critical data from external sources like the Wonde API, ensuring that administrators could manage these processes remotely without sacrificing security.
To enhance user experience and security, we deployed Azure B2C to enable single sign-on (SSO) functionality. This integration allowed MATpad users to securely log in across multiple platforms with Microsoft and Google credentials, offering a frictionless login process while maintaining strong security standards.
The platform revolutionised MATpad’s data intelligence capabilities. With real-time integration from multiple APIs and advanced data visualisation through BI Reporting, users were empowered to make faster, more informed decisions. BI Reporting provided deep insights, transforming how data was understood and utilised within the organisation.
SoftEther VPN enabled secure, remote management of API integrations and databases, increasing the agility of MATpad’s operations. Administrators could now manage systems from anywhere, ensuring that critical operations were handled securely, regardless of location.
The single sign-on feature, facilitated through Azure B2C, simplified user access while enhancing security. By enabling seamless login across platforms, MATpad users enjoyed a smooth, secure experience that improved productivity and reduced friction.
